2. Nature of Service

CG Exports LLC operates as a business-to-business (B2B) agricultural commodities exporter. Our website provides product information, pricing indications, and a Request for Quote (RFQ) submission system. All pricing displayed on this website is indicative and subject to change based on current market conditions. Firm pricing is provided only in formal commercial offers issued by our trade team.

3. RFQ Submissions

Submitting a Request for Quote does not constitute a binding order or contract. A binding agreement is formed only upon execution of a formal sales contract between CG Exports LLC and the buyer. Our commercial offers are valid for the period specified in the offer document, typically 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

4. Trading Terms

All commercial transactions are governed by:

Contract Form: GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association) or FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) standard contract forms, with modifications as agreed by both parties
Incoterms: ICC Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP as specified in each contract)
Arbitration: GAFTA Arbitration Rules (London) unless otherwise specified
Governing Law: English Law, unless otherwise specified in the contract

5. Quality and Inspection

Product quality is guaranteed as per the specifications stated in the sales contract. Independent pre-shipment inspection by mutually agreed surveyors (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or buyer-nominated) is the basis for quality and quantity determination. Quality claims must be submitted within the time frame specified in the contract, typically 30 days from B/L date.

6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), and Cash Against Documents (CAD). Specific payment terms are detailed in each commercial offer and sales contract. Late payment may incur interest charges as specified in the contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

CG Exports LLC shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or quality discrepancies caused by force majeure events including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, sanctions, port closures, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the contract value of the goods in question.
